WireBot's automated assembly line is a collaboration between Polygon (the parent company with over 25 years of automation track record) and WireBot.

It is a testament to technological innovation and efficiency. At the heart of this system lies a series of interconnected machines, each playing a vital role in the production process.

The production line is made of two parts: an assembly cell which precisely assembles electrical components on a frame or a base plate, and a wiring cell that prepares wires, inserts wires into components, and routes the wires in the cabinet.

An integrated transfer system between cells provides smooth and uninterrupted workflow, and is custom built per application.
