Wire preparation system

WISE is designated for use in medium-sized electrical wiring cabinet factories, cutting down the wire preparation time, and making the wiring process more efficient and on-demand

The system selects and measures the required wires – color, size and length, and installs the end terminals according to the user settings in one of two operation modes:

WISE stand-alone

The user enters the wire data manually to the user interface

monitor, or uploads an Excel file.

The WISE transfers the prepared wires to a wires tray.

2. Integrated with the SHARP

The wires' data is received from the SHARP system according to

the wiring sequence.

The WISE transfers the prepared wires to the SHARP.
